- Event Cancellation - If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund
- Ticket Cancellation by Attendee - Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's policy, which is displayed on the event page
- Processing Time - Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days
How to Request a Refund
- Go to "My Tickets" in your account
- Select the ticket you wish to refund
- Click "Request Refund" if the option is available
- Wait for organizer approval
