Our refund policy varies depending on the event organizer's terms:

  • Event Cancellation - If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund
  • Ticket Cancellation by Attendee - Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's policy, which is displayed on the event page
  • Processing Time - Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to "My Tickets" in your account
  2. Select the ticket you wish to refund
  3. Click "Request Refund" if the option is available
  4. Wait for organizer approval
