3. Non-Refundable Fees

Important Notice:

  • Platform Service Fees: Bookat.net service fees are non-refundable and will not be returned in case of cancellation.
  • Transaction Fees: Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or processing fees incurred during cancellation will be borne by the customer.

4. How to Cancel a Ticket

To cancel your ticket purchase:

  1. Sign in to your Bookat.net account
  2. Navigate to "My Orders"
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Request Cancellation"
  5. Provide your reason for cancellation
  6. Submit your request to the event organizer for review

5. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

  • You will be notified via email
  • The organizer is responsible for processing refunds according to their policy
  • Platform service fees remain non-refundable

6. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Your tickets remain valid for the new date
  • If you cannot attend the new date, contact the organizer for cancellation options
