Bookat.net is a ticketing platform that connects event organizers with attendees. Refund eligibility and policies are determined by individual event organizers. Please note the following important points:

Each event organizer sets their own refund policy for their events. Refund availability depends on:

  • The event organizer's specific refund policy
  • The time remaining until the event date
  • Whether the event has been cancelled or rescheduled

3. Platform Service Fees

Important: Bookat.net platform service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees cover the processing and administrative costs of ticket transactions.

4. Payment Processing Fees

Any payment gateway fees, bank charges, or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for these charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Bookat.net account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Select the order you wish to refund
  4. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
  5. Wait for the event organizer to review and process your request

6. Refund Timeline

Once approved by the event organizer:

  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

7. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding platform service fees). The organizer is responsible for processing these refunds.
